History The Litebook Company Ltd. was incorporated in 1999 to launch The Litebook—a leading-edge light therapy device that employs white Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology for treatment of a variety of light-deprived conditions including Winter Blues.
The LitebookŪ Elite™ was designed to offer enhanced performance and convenience to a market that was dissatisfied with the large and cumbersome fluorescent-light based products. Larry Pederson recruited a Scientific Advisory
Board and worked with development engineers and optical specialists to create The LitebookŪ.
